Refund Policy & Instructions

All Food Analyzer Premium purchases are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, regardless of which payment platform you used.

You can manage your subscription (cancel, update payment, request refunds) in your Account Settings in our app dashboard. The steps below are for cases where the in-app route does not work for you.

1. Digistore24 (Digital Product Refund)

How to Request a Refund via Digistore24:

  1. Locate your order confirmation email from Digistore24 (sender: support@digistore24.com).
  2. Click the support link: "Do you have a question concerning the order or the product? Find immediate help here."
  3. On the support page, select: Topic: "Question about the payment"; Subtopic: "May I cancel my order and get a refund?"
  4. If eligible for a return: Enter the reason for refund; Click Request a refund; Accept the destruction declaration (digital products) – click OK; Confirm via the email you'll receive (click the confirmation link); Click Process refund and then OK to finalize.
  5. You will typically receive the refund within 10 working days.

2. Stripe (Card Payments)

If the in-app route does not work, contact us at foodanalysistool@healthhealing.net with your order details. We will process refund requests within 5–10 business days.

3. JVZoo (Digital Product Refund)

Log in to your JVZoo account using your original sign-in information, or the credentials provided by JVZoo in your purchase email (for new customers). Under "My purchases", you can request a refund; JVZoo will start processing.
